CASSANDRA KELLY AM

Cassandra Kelly AM is Co-CEO of Neutheos Capital, and a global business leader, international director and advisor to global leaders, both in government and business. Her career spans more than three decades across technology, financial services and capital markets. Cassandra held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, HSBC and Deutsche Bank before becoming Vice Chair and CEO of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Asia, and co-founded the global award-winning advisory firm Pottinger.
Her past directorships include ASX-listed Flight Centre Travel Group and Allpress Espresso International, the coffee company later acquired by Asahi. She also chaired the Treasury Corporation of Victoria, Australia's second-largest central financing authority, from 2015 to 2025.
She also sat on the boards of Tradeweb and Creditex, leading fintech trading platforms. An inaugural member of the EU Global Tech Panel, she has advised and spoken at the G20, NATO, the United Nations, the Peace and Security Council and the World Government Summit on AI, cybersecurity, defence and autonomous weapons. Cassandra was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2019 for significant service to business through executive roles, and as an advocate for gender equity.
She is Deputy Chair of the Fred Hollows Foundation USA and sits on its Global Board.
