    MISSION

    The Global Australian Foundation’s mission is to advance Australia’s culture, education and research, while delivering meaningful benefit to the Australian public by:

    • Promoting culturally and educationally significant works globally, showcasing Australian excellence in the arts, education and research.

    • Supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged Australians through targeted programs, skills development and industry advancement.

    • Working with government at all levels to ensure the interests of Australia’s global diaspora are recognised in public decision-making, particularly in matters relating to culture, education, research and talent mobility.

    • Providing a free and open forum for the diaspora community to connect, exchange knowledge, share best practice and collaborate to strengthen the future of Australia’s culture, education and research capability.
