JOHNNY HENWOOD
Johnny comes from rural Queensland, Australia, growing up around agriculture in the Darling Downs region. With more than 7 years of experience in international trade and investment, he has worked for various state and national governments between Australia and the UK, including the UK Government in Sydney, Investment NSW, Austrade and now Trade and Investment Queensland in the UK. He is passionate in assisting Australian exporters from a wide range of sectors to explore and succeed in market opportunity in the UK and wider Europe.
Johnny has lived in the UK twice, relocating to London from Sydney in 2024. He has also lived in Copenhagen and Manila. Johnny holds a dual bachelor's in business and international relations, majoring in Asia business studies and diplomacy, respectively.
Outside of work, Johnny enjoys skiing and exploring the world, travelling to more than 40 countries so far.
