SASHA FULLER

UK ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER


Sasha Fuller is a UK Advisory Board member.

Sasha is a senior strategic communications leader with a track record of shaping high-impact communications across some of the UK’s most prominent public institutions.

Sasha is currently the Director of Communications and Engagement at the East London NHS Foundation Trust.  She has previously held senior leadership roles at the UK House of Commons and several UK government departments, where she advised executive teams, led multidisciplinary communications functions, and guided organisations through complex political, operational, and reputational challenges.

Her expertise spans crisis and reputation management, media relations, public affairs, stakeholder and community engagement, strategic campaigns, brand and narrative development, creative content, digital communications transformation, planning and evaluation, and building high-performing communications capability.

She serves on the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Council and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, contributing to the advancement of professional standards and inclusive practice across the sector.

Born in Rockhampton, Queensland, Sasha moved to London in 2008 and is an alumna of the University of Queensland.

Outside of work, Sasha is an avid parkrunner, slow marathoner, and volunteers with Clapham Common parkrun and Royal Trinity Hospice.
